How It Works

1) Prior to fielding commencement, we work with you to develop an audit form that captures your key business and audit research requirements.

2) Once you’ve reviewed and approved the audit form, it is converted into its mobile format and uploaded to our mobile audit platform.

3) All auditors are individually trained on the nuances of your specific audit. During these trainings, auditors are required to take multiple test runs of the actual audit form so that they can be absolutely certain of its critical requirements. You are also invited to participate in these in-depth trainings. This is also an opportunity for you to provide any special instructions that you might want the auditors to be aware of during the audit.

4) During the audit, auditors, using mobile devices (tablets or smartphones) loaded with our audit technology, will visit the target location to conduct the audit and gather real-time insights including any pictures or videos if needed. On-site surveys can also be integrated into the process, if needed, to obtain real-time insights from customers and store personnel.

5) GoldAuditsTM enables you to view incoming audit data in “Real-Time” (i.e. as it is being entered) using a secure, password-protected, data dashboard.

• You will also be able to view in-store pictures and videos to see what’s happening.
